Adorable! You captured her excitement so well! I feel like I was there... except I didn't get cake. :(
So cute. We bought almost that exact same bike for our "then" 3 yo. But her's was purple. And we have since lost all the streamers. She is now 6, and still has the training wheels on it. Maybe this year!?

I remember when I got my first bike - I was really excited, until I actually saw the bike.
Mine was even red with a basket and streamers like the one your daughter got. Sadly I happen to be a boy.
The moral of the story is that where possible let the dad's buy the bike for any boy children. But judging by the look on your daughters face you got it just right!
